Q.: “How often will my child attend class and how long are your classes?”

We recommend a minimum of 2 classes per week. However, most students do attend up to 3 classes per week.  Each class is for 30 minutes. 

 Q: “Are you open on the weekends?”

Yes, we are open for special events such as our birthday parties, Studio special events/seminars, private & make up lessons.  All members, who miss 2 weeks or more, receive a FREE private lesson to get them caught up on anything they may have missed during their time away.

 Q: “How can I get started?”

Sign up for your 8 FREE classes and then give us a call to schedule your 1st lesson.

 Q: “How does my child earn their next belt?”

Belt promotion tests are held every 3 months.  Students earn a black testing stripe on the last Thursday of each month.  Three testing stripes are required to be tested for the students next belt rank.  The testing stripe is a review of all skills taught, during that month, in the testing cycle.  Once your child has earned all 3 of their testing stripes, they are ready to test for their next belt ????

 Q: “Does martial arts, karate, taekwondo make kids violent?”

Absolutely not!  Martial arts is about focus, building confidence, instilling discipline, making incredible new friendships and having fun!  Defending, by using the skills taught, are always a last resort.  We first focus on building confidence and being able to use our #1 tool of self-defense: Our voice. 

 Q: “Is martial arts safe for my me and my child?”

Our program is extremely safe!  We have systems with systems in place to insure that you and your child are safe and have an amazing time.  From our warm ups to stretching our instructors pay very close attention.  We’ve got you and your child covered.  Like most sports or activity events injuries do happen, but they are quite rare. 

 Q: “My children play video games too much. I’m afraid that they will not have any enough fun to want to stop playing and join in.  Are the martial arts classes fun?”

YES!  This is what we do. Our instructors are energetic, inspiring and not only deliver everything you need for your children to learn, but also make classes so much fun that your child will become very anxious for the next day.

Q: “Will I be taking classes with kids?”

Our Beginner classes start with all NEW students ages 7+. Once you have graduated, out of the Beginner class, you will be placed in an age specific program for the ranks of Orange Belt – Black Belt.

Q: “Do I have to be in good athletic shape in order to take your classes?”

Our classes are designed for all athletic abilities to enhance your current self in becoming your very best.

 

Q.: “How often may I attend class and how long are your classes?”

All fitness kickboxing sessions are 30 minutes long and we do recommend that you attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week. Your membership gives you unlimited access.

Q: “Are you open on the weekends?”

Yes, we have 2 fitness kickboxing classes on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.

Q: “How can I get myself a pair of the kickboxing gloves?”

You will receive a FREE pair of gloves, when you sign up as a new member, otherwise gloves may be purchased for $69 at any time. ????????

Q: “How many are in a class?”

Class sizes vary each day. You may have a small group to a large group. Often members attend a morning class and an evening class in the same day.

Q: “Do I have to be in good athletic shape in order to take your classes?”

Our classes are designed for all athletic abilities to enhance your current self in becoming your very best. Our instructors are wonderful at changing up your exercises based on your abilities. They modify all exercises to fit the safety needs of all who attend.

Q: “I am looking to lose weight/tone up, do you offer any nutritional consultations and food guides?”

YES! We will set up a 1 on 1 appointment with one of our amazing instructors to get you set up and started.

Q: “My friend really wants to try? Can they attend a free class with me?”

YES! Our workouts are AMAZING but even more with your family and rights working right beside you. Have them sign up for our 8 FREE classes.
